More reviews in your first 30 days or your first month refunded, as long as you’re finishing jobs and marking them done.
You get every one of these from the first month. There's one plan, so nothing gets held back for a dearer one.
1
A review request after every job. Your customer gets a friendly message under your business name, with a link straight to your Google review page.
2
A check-in before the ask. The first message makes sure they're happy with the work, then the review request follows.
3
Up to three reminders. If a customer forgets, gentle reminders go out a few days apart and stop the moment they click or opt out.
4
Last year's customers asked too. Customers from the past year who were never asked get asked, slowly and never all at once. This is often where the first lift comes from.
5
A reply to every new review. Each one gets a thank-you reply written for you.
6
Tough reviews, your call. When a hard one comes in, you choose: answer it yourself, or a calm, professional standard reply goes out for you.
7
Your reviews on your website. Your newest Google reviews show on your own site and update by themselves.
8
Your best reviews shared. New 5-star reviews can go out on your social pages, so more locals see them.
9
Regular updates. You see how many customers were asked and how many new reviews came in.
10
Set up and looked after for you. Free setup, live within 72 hours, and someone keeps an eye on it and sorts out any messages that don't get through.
A few minutes, once. To get started we need three things from you: a way to record finished jobs, your business name, and your Google review link. The way you record jobs can be a quick form, a text, an export from your job app, or whatever your crew already does.
After that, your only job is marking jobs done. You don't log into anything, write any messages or chase anyone. See the messages used in automated google review requests: how it works.
Work it out with your own numbers. Take what an average job leaves you after materials and wages, and see how many of those it takes to cover A$297.
If a typical job leaves you A$300, one job covers the month.
If it leaves you A$150, it takes two.
If it leaves you A$600, half a job covers it.
Those are only examples, and nobody can promise you a set number of extra jobs. For most tradies, one extra job a month from Google usually covers the fee, and everything after that is profit. If you're registered for GST, the GST part is normally claimed back, so the A$297 is the figure to use in your sums.
More Google reviews in your first 30 days, or your first month refunded in full. As long as you're finishing jobs and marking them done.
That's the whole guarantee. If you're doing the jobs and marking them done and your Google profile doesn't get more reviews in that first 30 days, the money you paid for the first month comes back. You keep any reviews that did come in. The full conditions are in the terms and conditions.
Nobody can honestly promise a star rating, a spot on the map, or a number of calls, so the guarantee doesn't either. It covers the one thing the service does, which is more Google reviews.
Setup is free. The first payment is A$326.70 including GST when you sign up, and it's the same each month after that. There's no fixed term, so you stay because it's working, and you can cancel any time.
If you do stop, your reviews stay on your Google profile. Your business owns the profile, and the reviews belong to it, subject to Google's rules. Nothing gets taken down when you leave.
The starting price is only half the answer. What matters is what you'd pay each month to get everything you wanted when you signed up.
Software you run yourself. Review tools start at a few dollars a month and run to around A$60 for the ones we looked at in October 2026, and some are priced in US dollars. That's the price that gets you in the door. Before you sign up, check what's actually in it, because things like showing your reviews on your website, posting your best ones to social media, the text messages themselves and the number they're sent from can sit in a higher plan or come as add-ons. Each one looks small on its own, and together they can push the bill well past the number you signed up for. Then you're still the one doing the setup, loading the customers and replying to every review.
Done for you. A service does the asking, reminding and replying under your business name. Ours is one flat A$297 + GST a month with all ten things above included, plus the cost of sending the messages (within reasonable use) and the phone number they come from for the first 12 months. There are no add-ons and no higher plan to move up to.
A marketing agency package. Some agencies fold reviews into a bundle with a website, ads or social media. The packages we looked at ran from about A$300 to A$500 a month. That can suit a business that wants everything from one place, but ask what's in the base price and what costs extra, because the reviews part you were picturing can turn out to be an upgrade. Check whether there's a minimum term too.
Are the text messages included, or charged per message?
Is there a number to send from, and what does it cost?
Does showing reviews on my website cost extra?
Is posting my best reviews to social media included?
Who replies to my reviews, and is that extra?
Are last year's customers asked, or only new jobs?
Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?
What will I be paying in 12 months' time?
With ours, every one of those is covered by the A$297 + GST a month. The one thing that changes is the phone number, which is included for the first 12 months and is then charged to you after that (typical costs sit around A$15-A$25 per month).
There's more on the three options in what Google review management is and the three ways to get it.
Software gives you the tool and leaves the work with you, and once you add the extras some tools charge for, the gap can be a lot smaller than it first looks. With done for you, people set it up, watch it, fix what breaks, ask the customers from last year and reply to every review, week in and week out. That ongoing work is what the A$297 pays for.
It's the same reason you'd pay a bookkeeper when you could buy accounting software. The software is cheaper, but the jobs only get done if someone sits down and does them, and on a busy week that person isn't going to be you.
If you're weighing up whether reviews are worth paying for at all, is Google review management worth it for a tradie? goes through it. And review software or done for you? puts the two side by side.
The A$297 + GST pays for asking every customer for a review, following up, and looking after the reviews that come in. It doesn't buy fake reviews, paid reviews or rewards for reviews, and nobody filters out the customers who might be unhappy. All of those break Google's rules. It also can't remove reviews you don't like, because only Google can do that, and only when a review breaks its rules.
Every customer you mark as done gets the same request. That keeps your profile safe, and it gives you reviews the next customer believes.
1
You pay the first month. That's A$326.70 including GST, through the secure order form.
2
You send three things. A short onboarding page walks you through it: how you record finished jobs, your business name and your Google review link. Most people send them in a few minutes.
3
Your messages get set up. They go out under your business name. You can read and approve the wording first if you want to, but you don't have to.
4
It goes live within 72 hours of us getting what we need. From then on, when you mark a job done, that customer gets a check-in and then the review request.
5
Last year's customers get asked. It happens slowly, a few at a time, so nobody gets flooded with messages.
6
You get regular updates showing how many customers were asked and how many new reviews came in.
You don't have to learn any new software or change how your crew works. The only habit you add is marking jobs done.
A$297 + GST a month, which is A$326.70 including GST. There's no setup fee.
No. It's month to month, and you can cancel any time.
You pay A$326.70 when you sign up, then the same each month after that.
No setup fee, and the monthly price covers everything in the list of ten above.
If you're finishing jobs and marking them done and you don't get more Google reviews in your first 30 days, your first month is refunded in full.
They stay. Your business owns its Google profile, and the reviews stay there, subject to Google's rules.
We're based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, and work with tradies and local businesses across the Sunshine Coast.
Sign up and it’s live within 72 hours of getting what we need. If you’d rather ask a few questions first, we’ll check how you ask for reviews now and tell you straight whether it’s a good fit. Either way, nothing gets charged without you choosing to sign up.
