OUR 30-DAY PROMISE AND ITS ONE CONDITION

More Google reviews in your first 30 days, or your first month refunded in full. As long as you're finishing jobs and marking them done.

That's the promise behind Google review requests after every job, done for you, and below is how "more" is counted, when your 30 days start and how to ask for your money back.

THE ONE CONDITION

Keep finishing jobs and marking them done during your first 30 days, the same way you record them now. Every job you mark done is a customer we can ask for a review, so if nothing gets marked done, nobody gets asked and there's nothing to measure.

WHAT "MORE REVIEWS" MEANS

We compare your first 30 days with your usual month.

Your usual month

We count the new Google reviews your profile got in the 93 days before the day you sign up, and divide by 3. That's three of the longest months, so a short month like February never lowers the line we have to beat. If you got 6 reviews in those 93 days, your usual month is 2, so 3 new reviews in your first 30 days meets the promise. If you got none, your usual month is 0, and one new review meets it.

What counts.

New reviews that show on your Google Business Profile. Reviews that Google hides or removes don't count in either number.

WHEN YOUR 30 DAYS START

On the day you sign up, as long as you give us the setup details and access we ask for within 5 days: how you record finished jobs, and manager access on your Google Business Profile. That way your 30 days are up around the time your second payment is due, so you know where you stand. If it takes longer than 5 days on your side, your 30 days start on the day we have everything, and we'll confirm that date by email.

WHAT COMES BACK, AND HOW TO ASK FOR IT

Your first month's fee comes back in full: A$326.70 including GST, to your original payment method.

To ask for it, email [email protected] within 14 days after your first 30 days end. We'll send you both review counts, and if your first 30 days didn't beat your usual month, the refund is with you within 7 business days.

You keep every review that came in. After a refund, you can keep the service going month to month or cancel, it's your choice.

WHAT IT DOESN'T PROMISE

The promise covers more Google reviews, because that's the one thing the service does. Nobody can honestly promise a star rating, a spot on the map, or a number of calls or jobs, so we don't.

It covers your first month only, once per business. The full wording is in section 10 of our terms and conditions, and it's in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
